The RNC-300 is an improved version of the NC 300 device manufactured by ISKRA. Only the casing remains from the old NC 300, and the entire interior is replaced.
The RNC-300 has about 20% more energy in the capacitor compared to the NC 300, which ensures more reliable operation and a longer time of autonomous operation. By better dimensioning of the components, the durability of the device against external failures is significantly increased. Vital elements, capacitor and semiconductors, are fully protected against overload and short circuit at the output of the device
In addition, diodes are installed on the output connections, which enable the parallel connection of several RNC-300 devices on the DC side without the risk of a failure of one of them putting the others out of operation. This enables the formation of direct voltage buses and the reduction of the number of capacitor devices in the building, since not every switch has to have its own RNC-300.
